1) Daily account receiveable and invoice sorting;
O' a2 w/ Q7 g+ f1 ?: z: v/ ^; z 2) Prepare charge account statement and return/warranty credits;
% O, f" N1 o8 f! ^ E- o. P 3) Potion of human resource responsibility such as data tracking for employee performance; . i# ?. p0 Z G$ ]) {8 W7 ]
4) Other office administration work as required. ( k& D5 U# v+ w1 X5 ] C8 |' y9 e" q
& M8 o. m7 Z* X3 {+ { D2 t; k4 z4 t0 _9 R2 w
Qualified candidate should have accounting related background or bookkeeping experience. Good English/Billing software such as Quickbooks/simple accounting an asset; ERP system experience an asset. Also welcome fresh graduate.
