职位：A/R Clerk- Junior

• ·         Verify that the transactions are in compliance with the financial policies and procedures of the organization
• ·         Maintaining accurate filing system of individual client payments
• ·         Follow up with clients via telephone or other means on outstanding payments over 30 days.
• ·         Maintain client files and file numbers
• ·         Prepare mailing of invoices, credit card payments etc.
• ·         Process credit card payments
• ·         Preparation of monthly Utilization Reports
• ·         Direct calls and respond to accounts receivable inquiries
• ·         Collect money/payment and provide receipts
• ·         Perform other related duties as may be required
