Area Supervisor (London, ON)
3 D  E8 m! ~9 V9 \2 K1 S1 I1 ?! BThe Area Supervisor is responsible for managing assigned Sushi Bars in their assigned region which 9 P- J) s& C3 ], c3 w. W# E
includes London and around areas. This includes developing, supervising, and
8 @; m3 j# b, b- x- H# i& \coaching team members to ensure the highest levels of product quality and guest service standards are 0 G% D! x1 C+ Q% T5 v
achieved./ A* B8 t- y) {% @9 Q: i
Responsibilities6 z/ Z! r4 a6 J2 I3 H. V
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations of assigned locations ! g! a# F$ F! G0 \
including people management, food safety, guest services, sales and food quality) Y- j  U- S" _8 H9 a
• Accountable for recruiting, training, development and motivating hourly teammates.+ ^* k  t" J- e. [4 F6 V! E9 M
• Daily store visits and monitoring of kiosks to ensure they are compliant with Bento regulatory
1 D* q! C. \4 B& W1 u$ Vrequirements including quality assurance and food safety, health and safety standards and
; |0 p% ]- i8 c( n, j+ M8 Eensuring all required corrective action is taken promptly.
8 O+ h$ l% S- q% E+ x• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with store management and third-party
. Y* ]+ r& ^& V% E2 |0 ~/ L' i7 oauditors.# y/ w4 ]" t- C6 \
• Execution of new store openings and implementing new product/program roll outs.7 k: y: h% d3 f, e* n8 c
• Ensure that the labor and production plans are regularly amended to maximize profitability for
  Z* D3 N& M. I- h8 [1 I8 i( `5 r6 teach location through a combination of sales optimization and waste control.* U: v6 U; t4 ~
• Ensure Daily Production Reports, payroll, checklists, and reports are completed accurately for % b  G" n& Q; ]  D
operational matters.( S1 m9 S' b+ P& I0 N- W' a  L3 ^1 c
• Monthly inventory counts, Quality Assurance and Bento Compliance Audits.  e: y: g5 K: J$ O2 S% m* ^
• Additional duties as assigned.( \% J8 F5 b; W3 J
Qualifications1 Q1 k6 \6 b% }; R1 s
• Minimum 1 year of food service management experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
- [; \& X) I- v0 Q2 Z$ }3 E: b• Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
) ~$ u" z8 J% Q5 `7 y8 n• Ability to travel within an assigned region and with a flexible schedule to accommodate - W$ ~! _7 d& D+ d! y3 {: s( K4 `
operational needs.
