打算给宝宝办理护照，但是有点小疑问，希望有经验的帮助下，谢谢
以下是办理护照的材料要求：

• Both pages of the passport application (form PPTC 155 or PPTC 042) completed and signed within the last 12 months;
• Two (2) identical passport photos of the child;
• The application form and one of the photos certified by your guarantor;
• The required fees;
• Any valid Canadian passport or travel document issued to the child;
• Proof of Canadian citizenship (original only);
• Proof of legal guardianship, if applicable; and
• All documents that refer to custody or mobility of, or access to, the child.

请问我只办理了短的只有宝宝信息的出生证明，而不是长的，可以吗？
里面写其中一张照片需要被监护人证明，请问要怎么CERTIFIED?

To avoid processing delays or the possible rejection of your application, we strongly recommend that parents provide a birth certificate (from Canada or a foreign country where the child was born) that indicates the names of the parent(s). 意思是出生证最好用长的。

/ u- @% i1 S% N4 u, i之前办理出生证时也不知道以后办理护照是用长的还是短的，
