The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. + x7 N& X k: ?3 k1 i* S* x
& y! l7 d- h+ h" H ZJob Responsibilities:
2 F2 ~9 [( ] `- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping. 3 F; \# n: F: U% E9 Q
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered. 7 y$ L) P4 I, |. f( u* p
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers. 7 [" {9 X: V2 _7 L" ]3 a5 E* p
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk

Qualifications:
