The steps of Manager your BOWEL MOVEMENT(BM):& x# U; P; p( H/ }" C

1. Eat well including increasing fiber in your diet
+ l+ k! Q3 ?8 c; P& U! M) x 2. Drink well including plenty of fluids; @! m- p3 J4 n/ l$ G6 L2 ?
3. Exercise regularly - at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week; L$ i' c+ G7 E$ g/ @4 L
4. Try to have flax seed oil in your diet and honey with your tea...7 l# n( K" O" ]/ B4 n
5. Use toilet regularly such as in the morning after a plenty of drink and after meals - BM training o. w |! K' C
' c' d: o" `2 J" D6 @6 ]If the steps do not work for you, and you do not have BMs for three to four days depending on individuals difference, you need to go see doctor without delay. |
