由于安省西南部连日来的高温和烈日，导致水量急剧下降，所以政府相关部门提醒居民节约用水。在一些地区，干旱的情况已经是水下降到了危险位置。昨天，水利部门的高级工程师表示，如果这种酷热天气继续而且接下来的日子没有降水的话，政府不得不把警报级别提高到3级。

现在伦敦地区已经开始实行季节性的有效限水措施了，偶数门牌号的居民在偶数日子里限制用水，同样，奇数门牌号的住户在奇数日子里限制用水。

According to the \"garbage calender\" i got at city hall, the usage of water is permitted on odd days for odd house numbers and vise versa, not what you said.

\"Water restirctions are in effect June, July and August. Even numbered addresses may water lawns/gardens/wash cars on even numbered days. Odd numbered addresses on odd numbered days.\"

I read the news artical the words\"restricted to ** water..\" means \"限制于**用水\" the artical\'s wording is confusing
