暑假不回去的朋友们留意了,下周学校将有几个关于off-campus work permit 的 info session

# ~" W4 M. a# x+ c# tIn preparation for Citizenship and Immigration Canadas new Off-Campus Work Permit Program (OCWP), SDCs International Student Services will be presenting OCWP Information Sessions for Westerns international students and interested members of the Western community.  (NOTE:  As of June 1, 2006, international students at Western will be able to request Verification Forms - details will be released very soon).

·         Provide details on the OCWP Program
/ A8 W3 f6 }* o% c4 D0 s·         Explain the application process (including obtaining Verification Forms)
* B% F7 `: }' |·         Assist students with questions they may have about the OCWP Program
It is strongly recommended that international students interested in applying for an Off-Campus Work Permit attend one of these information sessions.



7 |" D9 V( z3 _8 @The Off-Campus Work Permit Program information sessions will be held on:
·         Tuesday, May 30 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
. A8 h  U7 u2 e/ q3 m·         Tuesday, May 30 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
·         Wednesday, May 31 from10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
·         Thursday, June 1 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.
·         Friday, June 2 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
All sessions will be held on the 3rd floor in the University Community Centre in the USC Council Chambers (Room 315).

- }' v' I) b8 }/ ~, i# B% ~" v$ fAdditionally, SDCs International Student Services will be providing guidance and advice on the completion of the Off-Campus Work Permit application form, or regarding the Off-Campus Work Permit (OCWP) program, during OCWP Drop-in Hours (no appointment needed).

2 H' L8 U1 H3 X6 _" g+ bO.C.W.P. Drop-in Hours will take place in Room 270, on the 2nd floor of the UCC at the following times:

·         Thursday, June 1 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
·         Friday, June 2 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
