·Provide technical and operational direction and project management principles to the planning, design and operation of rehabilitative and inspection projects.

·Assist field crews with delivering 48hrs notices to residents, when needed.

·Reviewing prep videos and finals for concerns and escalating potential issues as well as updating the system.' O7 _" X. P. s0 _. T. i M

·Communicate with Regional Managers, Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen and other field crews to provide details on project parameters, project changes, issues, etc.

·Perform regular site visits to assess project progress and crew productivity.
