We are searching for an outgoing studentto work as part of our Administrative team in London Ontario. The idealcandidate will be enrolled in a post-secondary program or higher. This positionreports to the Office Manager. Hours are flexible (5 days/week) and include someweekends.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities of theposition include, but are not limited to:

• Willing to learn and practice with a right attitude
  * n9 Y" J$ U/ D5 H* f, [6 z
• Able to design & make design suggestion on     interior design after training
  
• Greets customers and provides customer assistance to     all clients at the front reception desk
  $ g4 Y- j3 v9 Z  E5 R+ c* o0 J
• Completes various clerical activities including     photocopying, sorting/filing, etc.
  
• Acts as key point of contact for external and     internal customers in a pleasant and professional manner
  8 Y) \" o" y. r4 V/ X0 i2 v: H! R
• Keep track & organize company stocking area
    Y( R& Q1 o' i" F$ y
• Processes and distributes internal and external mail     
  * p8 X& ]; `3 ~4 s& J
• Provides support to Accounting department including     balance sheet reconciliations, data entry, filing paperwork
  7 [4 Z2 l  C& i0 k% }8 S
• Regular check on construction site/client home
  ( _, D7 m6 z5 s% a1 @
• Miserliness duties like data entry/light     cleaning/etc

Employment Qualifications:

• Interest & a right attitude is a must
  
• MANDRIAN speaker is a MUST
  5 a7 d( R0 u6 `+ i# t5 ?) z
• Enrollment in post-secondary studies is necessary
  & G* L+ U. ~1 p% A, v7 f
• Drivers license & access to a vehicle is an     asset
  
• Previous sales/customer service experience is an     asset
  
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office     Suite) are necessary
  4 O( Z9 x1 K" [; x& j) _
• High standard of professionalism, outstanding     communication skills, and end excellent organizational skills are     important
  
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and     criminal record check prior to hiring
  ! ]. t+ z7 ]: n9 l
• Business casual wear is necessary
  / x1 V* R) n: J* @0 M
