Area Supervisor (London, ON). ]! ?, Z* h$ s4 K/ ]) y
The Area Supervisor is responsible for managing assigned Sushi Bars in their assigned region which
% s2 p( H! X( B+ wincludes London and around areas. This includes developing, supervising, and : p% U/ w  {; ^( K
coaching team members to ensure the highest levels of product quality and guest service standards are
' r. ]( x3 @) f; Lachieved.6 r/ p3 {/ O3 E% L+ G  U" N. c
Responsibilities
- y# K  E' d2 M. F& R* p• Responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations of assigned locations 5 T# j+ J/ g1 r0 d! e) `# {
including people management, food safety, guest services, sales and food quality
0 }% ~3 F+ A7 ?6 T3 r• Accountable for recruiting, training, development and motivating hourly teammates.
% A4 t; Z% {  l) y# F4 E) t• Daily store visits and monitoring of kiosks to ensure they are compliant with Bento regulatory
6 J  t, p9 t, @) k6 hrequirements including quality assurance and food safety, health and safety standards and
$ R  Y! z5 j0 @. H0 |( @ensuring all required corrective action is taken promptly.
! ?8 z9 f* B$ j1 D• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with store management and third-party + q$ K. R& K/ C  [4 A5 y. ?

) M' W6 \+ d' \; `( {' p• Execution of new store openings and implementing new product/program roll outs.2 U3 \! y4 P! |7 j
• Ensure that the labor and production plans are regularly amended to maximize profitability for # X; S# T; z: n9 w
each location through a combination of sales optimization and waste control.! a+ a  ^8 r4 }! A' {
• Ensure Daily Production Reports, payroll, checklists, and reports are completed accurately for 3 _  x) }3 L( ~) N+ _6 B3 d% |
operational matters.3 m8 D4 h" M/ C1 h% [0 O
• Monthly inventory counts, Quality Assurance and Bento Compliance Audits.( O% V* Z0 j& [: f# ^
• Additional duties as assigned.
9 Y. D$ @' y0 x4 YQualifications. X. h/ D) ?) M  J( X
• Minimum 1 year of food service management experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
! o, M1 a& c! p• Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.* E: Q0 J4 @& ~0 U, k1 b
• Ability to travel within an assigned region and with a flexible schedule to accommodate
0 J- Z4 N* V" ^% Doperational needs.' L( u7 e! y' c0 Q3 `* _/ t
• Valid driver's license.
: Y; u; I# v7 Y• Have strong communication skills in both oral and written English.
