我元旦前汽车电池坏掉了，然后去Walmart买了个新电池，第二天早上我去Walmart LondonNorth退旧的以便拿回20加元的押金。客服经理（中年白人）拒绝退款， 理由是要等新电池坏掉。过去二十年，我买过多次电池，从来没有停说过。该经理还叫来了保安。气的我几天睡不好。详情参见下面的FaceBook链接。咱华人不能让人随意欺负，希望大家支持，到链接的评论区点赞和评论。谢谢。希望网站置顶。https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100069654613654&sk=reviews

正好我最近也买过一块电池，从Costco买的。请注意小票上就写着“battery core”，这个应该属于环保费或者回收费，实际是先扣你10刀，引诱你把旧的拿回去回收利用，同时避免污染环境。这个不属于退款。我猜测可能是交流问题？或者没有出示小票？按理说这个应该不会成为问题。如果小票还在能不能拍照贴上来看看？

我去facebook一看，跟楼主在这里写的不是一回事：“bad customer service, the manager is very rude.
& D6 k! x8 w5 y" L5 n) xWhat really upset me:
The manager (Linda or Santa, what ever) at Walmart London North told me and the employee that the xchange is only for the new battery and to get the xchange, I have to wait the new one dead - after years. Really, is it a fraud? Shut up, the dishonest lady.  When I turned around to leave, a safety guard stand in front of me.
STOP TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER AS A FOOL AND LIKE CRIMINAL.
I bought a Everstart maxx battery on Jan, 2020. Yesterday morning, the battery was dead and then I bought another Everstart. This morning (~ 10am), I brought the dead one to Walmart London North and asked the manager about the 5 years warranty and told her the receipt has faded. The manager was very rude. I said OK and just want the battery xchange money back. The manger said NO and told the young man at the department "No do anything for him" - ended no refund (so sad). Never buy car battery from Walmart, never.
