Manager your BOWEL MOVEMENT without medications:

Steps:

   1.  Eat well including increasing fiber in your diet

        - such as bran, cereals and whole grains, fruits and vegetables have high fiber      3 J7 p: f- y7 Q. ~4 X( d" P3 F
   2.  Drink well including plenty of fluids - about eight glasses of water, juice or milk every day2 d. S7 q( n6 A  w3 t4 |) f
   3.  Exercise regularly - at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week
