Our growing company is seeking a driven individual as a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant. This part time position will be turned to full time in summer. The working hours are flexible. ! R" V- `, t5 }1 G' F
Duties and Responsibilities:
% I" `4 `' L1 [, w1 z -Enter A/P and A/R for various client files -Recording and verifying all cheques / accounts payables. -Prepare payroll source deduction, T4,WSIB, ROEs and HST remittances -Prepare monthly statements as per request. -Calculate and prepare payroll -Other Duties as Requested 6 m; m% t# G& K
Qualifications include: -Proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Word. -Experience with bookkeeping administration 1-2 years’ experience -Post-secondary education preferred in Accounting/Administration or Business -Professional telephone manner and customer service skills.Ability to communicate fluently in English, Chinese is considered an asset -Ability to work independently with minimum supervision -Ability to learn quickly " P6 h2 T.
