Activities and Events Planner

•        Assisting in the coordination of both outdoor and indoor events.
, P: [. j, T1 r9 [3 V0 K& u% L•        Manage and grow the customer database.
•        Ability to design events independently, make events proposal.
5 {! r# S: B1 s1 g/ m* K•        Coordinate pre-event details with staff and clients, arrange event sites.
- d! e1 x' T  o- h( n" Y1 }2 ?•        Ability to make an up-to-date plan, and make an alternative plan if required.
•        Collaborating with other departments and make promotional materials.

Requirement:
$ [, w+ S5 R, m: h7 R•        Minimum college diploma.
# Z7 z4 J: q3 `" r+ o) V0 ~•        Experience in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
+ H. J. O. w" O4 \5 }4 t•        Problem-solving skills, able to act according to circumstances.
•        Ability to work both on the team and independently, follow the instruction.
$ f% T7 W2 y8 F  X•        Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
