•Provide sound financial advice to help grow your client’s financial portfolio (Life and Health Insurance, Individual Prescription Drugs and Dental Insurance, Critical Care and Long-Term Care Insurance. Individual & Business Disability Insurance. Special Class Insurance, Travel Insurance, Business Protection, Employment Benefits).& u$ L/ t3 \4 c$ u. c' ?
•Understanding your individual client's needs based on their unique circumstances; D1 }2 t9 q3 c* c2 U' U1 n

Requirements:
: Z/ l1 ~; b2 y•Experienced in proactively identifying and executing ways that customers’ needs can be better met through a strong understanding of their requirements and expert knowledge of products and services.
0 d. ^$ _3 u5 I: S& f# n. |) Q•Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, as well as strong service orientation, focused on achieving exceptional service standards., z; [3 F* c+ {" i- N+ s
•Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration with one to three years relevant experience in a financial institution or equivalent combination of training and experience.# |, y! M$ Q. G/ V
•Proven ability in sales and service to financial customers.4 d. j3 y3 U _
•Strong knowledge of financial advice and planning (Savings and Investment, TFSAs, RESP, RRSPs, RRIFs, Annuities, Retirement Planning, Family Financial Planning, Education Plans).
9 S2 w L0 o7 H•Experience in engaging in and securing new business from existing and prospective customers.# H5 p4 z9 F% a. @9 a$ F9 W2 e
•Expert in general banking services, including detailed knowledge of financial products and services./ i' Y' v7 r5 Q* g" d: z7 K) L8 R
•Hold or plan to have the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP), IFIC or CSC9 u/ S/ R- R/ L) ^. R3 g! a) i
