2 U ~4 X/ Z3 `3 ?1 |' a9 L: JThe Area Supervisor is responsible for managing assigned Sushi Bars in their assigned region which
( L" i# Q, U' H$ l9 D2 u" Mincludes London and around areas. This includes developing, supervising, and 4 L$ e* A8 g; ~2 i, G
coaching team members to ensure the highest levels of product quality and guest service standards are
; {! x: T: J1 Z$ {# Zachieved.( y( t1 h4 J8 J6 a) u; i
Responsibilities" B8 [5 [4 `! g" ~9 V
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations of assigned locations
3 a5 ~/ T( J9 `+ u$ t8 U% zincluding people management, food safety, guest services, sales and food quality3 U. E6 j& ]7 c' d
• Accountable for recruiting, training, development and motivating hourly teammates.6 r' h$ X' G, g
• Daily store visits and monitoring of kiosks to ensure they are compliant with Bento regulatory
: B/ c' ^4 f1 t0 g9 c4 Zrequirements including quality assurance and food safety, health and safety standards and " d; o# z8 t& t% f! B1 m& U
ensuring all required corrective action is taken promptly.1 e6 |9 @' O4 Y; {$ c
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with store management and third-party
; f2 [6 D3 p0 ^3 O" sauditors.
* V6 A) z) x7 U* q1 |9 f' G! g% p1 C• Execution of new store openings and implementing new product/program roll outs.& n$ A) k) B( B, N7 n {/ ]
• Ensure that the labor and production plans are regularly amended to maximize profitability for " m5 t4 n9 `$ b# |0 w8 a: t% V" Z
each location through a combination of sales optimization and waste control.5 x2 O8 u/ s: @4 [
• Ensure Daily Production Reports, payroll, checklists, and reports are completed accurately for
" M7 Q! |- T, soperational matters.
3 y- ]0 f K6 Y p; p• Monthly inventory counts, Quality Assurance and Bento Compliance Audits.

Qualifications
H! _6 |) Q" f# W6 }• Minimum 1 year of food service management experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment.) }& \ u( x- ~, f" J3 Y
• Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.$ N9 e- P8 f9 {( t1 J
• Ability to travel within an assigned region and with a flexible schedule to accommodate
