1. Eat well including increasing fiber in your diet
( @( D2 Q0 L, d- C5 m) m 2. Drink well including plenty of fluids
$ x1 L3 N8 r9 @+ C% G 3. Exercise regularly - at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week

5. Use toilet regularly such as in the morning after a plenty of drink and after meals - BM training3 C$ ?: P5 n# e8 _# n) m

If the steps do not work for you, and you do not have BMs for three to four days depending on individuals difference, you need to go see doctor without delay. |
